Terms and Conditions for Childcare Providers

Terms and Conditions of the Gemelli Childcare Voucher Scheme for Childcare Providers...

  • The Childcare Providers agrees to accept Gemelli Childcare Vouchers as part of full payment for the services provided to the parent whose details are on the Voucher.
     
  • The Childcare provider must be registered with one of the following bodies:
  • Ofsted in England
  • The Care Standards Inspectorate in Wales
  • The Care Commission in Scotland
  • The Health & Social Services Trust in Northern Ireland

 

  • Childcare Vouchers may only be accepted by the Childcare Provider in exchange for childcare services.  Vouchers must not be exchanged for cash or change given.
  • Vouchers must be presented by the person named on the voucher.
     
  • The Childcare Provider must not charge the parent presenting the voucher a handling fee for accepting the voucher.
     
  • The Childcare Provider must provide Gemelli Childcare Vouchers with a copy of their Registered / Approval Certificate on an annual basis.
     
  • To redeem the vouchers the Childcare Provider may do so by one of the following methods:
  • Post to:-Gemelli Childcare Vouchers, FREEPOST PLUS RRJY-RUYL-BXUZ,
  • Gemelli House, Wood Green, BUCKINGHAM. MK18 5DZ
  • Telephoning on 01280 851113 quoting the Voucher Serial Number and our Carers ID ref.
  • e-mailing ‘enquiries@gemelliccv.co.uk’ quoting the Voucher Serial Number and Carers ID ref.

 

  • Gemelli Childcare Vouchers agree to make payment to the Childcare Provider detailed on the Vouchers for the full value of the voucher redeemed.
     
  • Gemelli Childcare Vouchers agree to pay the Childcare Provider by bank transfer directly into their Bank Account within 3 working days of receipt of the Childcare Voucher redemption request.
     
  • Gemelli Childcare Vouchers will issue the Childcare Provider with a Remittance Advice.
     
  • The Childcare Vouchers issued to parents are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
     
  • Payment will not be made unless a copy of a valid Registration / Approval Certificate has been supplied.
     
  • Neither party will be liable for any breach of these terms and conditions where caused by circumstance beyond their reasonable control.
     
  • The laws of England and Wales shall govern this agreement
