In addition to our Fully Managed Scheme and Voucher Provider Only Schemes we also offer a Self Administrered Scheme Package for companies - see below.
Option 1 - Fully Managed Scheme
Gemelli will do all the set up, management and administration required with this scheme. This includes: Initial staff surveys and promotion of the scheme to the employees, Preparation of Company Policy Documents for insertion in Staff Handbooks, Preparation of notification letter to HMRC, Assistance given to employees in calculating Voucher values required, Calculation of figures on an individual basis to ensure employees who receive Working or Family Tax Credits are not affected by taking Childcare Vouchers, Checks to ensure Employee’s Salary after Salary Sacrifice does not go below the National Minimum Wage, Preparation of Salary Sacrifice Agreements, Liaising with Payroll/Accountant, Provision of vouchers to arrive on their normal pay day or direct payment to Childcare Providers. All Childcare Providers are verified to ensure they are Registered by Ofsted and checked on an annual basis.
Option 2 - Voucher Providers Only
You are responsible for the set up and on-going management of the scheme. We will, however, provide you with sample documents and telephone advice. You then order vouchers from us on a monthly basis as required. We will supply vouchers to employees and redeem the vouchers with the Childcare Providers
Option 3 - Self Administered Scheme
We will prepare and provide you with all the documentation, support and advice required, and assist you to set up your own in house Childcare Voucher Scheme. You are then left tun run the Scheme totally yourself.
We charge a one off payment of £150 + VAT for companies with less than 25 employees.
