Gemelli sends the Childcare Vouchers direct to the parent / employee as part of their salary on their normal payday.

The employee uses the Childcare Vouchers to pay their Childcare Provider(s) for all or part of their childcare costs.

The Childcare Provider claims the value of the voucher from Gemelli, which is then immediately paid direct into their bank account.
