How easy is it to switch from another Childcare Voucher Provider?
We can manage the transfer of your Childcare Vouchers to Gemelli with the minimum of fuss to yourselves and your employees. We will pre-complete all the necessary paperwork for your existing employees on the scheme and ensure a new promotion programme for employees not currently taking advantage of the childcare vouchers - increasing the savings on Employers NIC for the company.

What is the Salary Sacrifice Scheme?
This is where an employee formally agrees to a reduction in their taxable salary and instead receives that amount in childcare vouchers. The contract between the employer and employee must be updated and a signed agreement incorporated to reflect the changes agreed within the salary sacrifice
What effects does Salary Sacrifice have on work-related benefits?
The amount the employee receives in childcare vouchers will not count as part of work related payments such as Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) and Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), which are based on an employees average earnings over a fixed period
How do I order the Childcare Vouchers?
You do not need to order the vouchers, you will be provided prior to each payday an invoice for all the employees enrolled onto the scheme for you to verify prior to payment.
How much will the scheme cost me?
Gemelli charge a small administration fee which is a percentage of the face value of the vouchers and varies according to the level of service required. Please contact us for further details. However the savings made on NI contributions will exceed the administration fee.
