The Gemelli Childcare Voucher Scheme is explained within the diagram and described in the points below:

1. The Employer sets up a Salary Sacrifice Scheme fo each working Parent.

2. The Employer pays for the Childcare Vouchers from Gemelli.

3. Gemelli sends the Childcare Vouchers direct to the Parent
   (as part of their salary t arrive on their normal payday).

4. The Parent uses the Childcare Vouchers to pay their Childcare Provider(s)
   (for all or part of their childcare costs).

5. Gemelli pay the value of the Childcare Voucher to the Childcare Provider.
   (This is immediately paid direct into their bank account).
